There’s mini golf within a wonderland sculpture park a 5min drive. Return home to explore rock pools or stroll past snorkelers (book lessons for all levels) to Bait House aquarium or the children’s playground at delightful Island Bay & treat yourself to coffee or ice-cream. You can see Princess Beach from the home, famous for gorgeous sunsets across snowy South Island mountains.

Relax on the large patio deck with a drink & book or stay warm & cosy in front of huge windows, watching the magnificent Pacific Ocean. There’s a bench & stools to catch up with work on your laptop or board games for the family.

Free off-road parking nook & bus stops opposite. There are the sounds of ocean waves. Road in front can be busy, though bedroom windows are double glazed.
